Please be aware that by registering with Parcel Connect Limited (“Parcel Connect”) you hereby:

(a) authorise Fastway Couriers to deliver the parcel containing the goods purchased by you from Littlewoods Ireland (“your parcel”) to the Parcel Connect Store selected by you;

(b) acknowledge that you may not avail of this service if your parcel weighs in excess of 15KG or exceeds 1.5 meter in length;

(c) confirm that your parcel weighs less than 15kg and does not exceed 1.5 meter in length;

(d) acknowledge that we are not authorised to release your parcel to you unless you are in receipt of a valid PIN number;

(e) consent to being contacted by Parcel Connect for the purpose of obtaining your PIN number;

(f) acknowledge and agree that personal data (within the meaning of the Data Protection Acts 1988 to 2003) provided by you to Littlewoods Ireland Limited may be processed by Parcel Connect and Fastway Couriers for purposes of the delivery of your parcel;

(g) acknowledge that returns must be made in accordance with the Returns Protocol which is available to download here;

(h) acknowledge that the delivery of your parcel to the Parcel Connect Store selected by you is a successful delivery for purposes of the fulfilment of your order;
